Servicing Hope Island and the surrounding areas, I cater to Small to Medium sizes.

Larger dogs for de-sheds, wash 'n' blow dry are by appointment only.

My fully equipped air-conditioned trailer pulls up to your home, offering you and your furry friend the luxury of grooming without leaving your comfort zone.

These grooms require a higher skill set

(scissoring etc) than a basic groom

resulting in a higher price.

This service is great for smooth coated dogs & dogs who don't like a lot of fuss.

Perfect to remove stubborn sand if you make regular beach visits.

N.B. Nail clipping is included in every service, however, if your dog is just after a pawdicure we can do that too:

De-shed

from $30

S: $30p/h L: $50p/h

On top of any service

Great for malting dogs or dogs with a thick or double coat.

We will gently remove excess hair to assist with shedding &/or thickness with the following 4 part de-shedding process:

Bath with de-shedding shampoo
Coat worked over with silicon brush
Strong coat blow-out with drier
De-shedding blade worked over coat

Flea Rinse

On top of any service

N.B. For the health and well being of your dog and other dogs in my mobile grooming salon, If your dog is found to have fleas we will automatically apply the flea rinse and charge accordingly.

CANINE SHOW 'N' SHINE TERMS & CONDITIONS

MATTED COATS AND KNOTS

Coats with excessive Matts/Knots may incur an extra charge $30p/h for small dogs & $40p/h for large dogs on top of the service you booked in for if it takes longer than 2hrs, as matted dogs can be hard to get blades through.

Your desired groom may not be possible if your dog’s coat is matted or knotted. I will not brush out bad matts/knots as this is distressing for your fur baby and can scare them off future grooms. I will cut/shave matts & knots out as neatly as possible to give your dog a fresh start. I will be pleasing your pooch not the owner as they will feel a million bucks once all the Matts/Knots are gone.

I will send you a picture of the Matts/Knots for evidence as to why your pooch was shaven.

If your pooch is too matted, I will not groom.

DIFFICULT TO GROOM DOGS

If your dog is difficult to groom, I may not be able to complete your desired groom, however, I will endeavor to still make your fur baby beautiful. Extra charges may apply for additional grooming time.

AGGRESSIVE DOGS

The safety of the groomer and the pet is of great importance. I reserve the right not to groom or complete the groom of dogs exhibiting aggressive behaviour. Charges may still apply.

FLEAS AND TICKS

If your dog is found to have fleas or a tick a flea & tick rinse will be applied, and additional fee's will be charged. I strongly recommend using a regular tick treatment. Prevention is better than treatment.

ANAL GLANDS

I DO NOT offer anal gland expression, as this should be performed by a licensed veterinarian.

PRE-EXSISTING CONDITIONS

It is your responsibility as a pet owner to inform the groomer of any known pre-existing conditions or injuries that could affect our ability to groom or cause pain to your pet.

If your pooch has been sick in the last week, please advise the day before so I can reschedule your appointment to reduce the spread to other dogs.

IN CASE OF EMERGENCY

In the unfortunate event of an emergency, in your absence, you authorise

CANINE SHOW 'N' SHINE to contact the nearest Veterinarian and authorise the Vet to treat the pet as necessary at your expense.

PAYMENT

Payment is to be made by the end of the groom. Payment can be cash or credit card.

Credit Card payments will incur a 1.9% surcharge.

POWER AND WATER

Please make sure Canine Show 'n' Shine has easy access to your power and water sources otherwise I can not promise grooming your dog.

UNIT COMPLEXES / DRIVEWAYS

Canine Show 'n' Shine requires EASY access in and out (NO REVERSING). If there are any risks or tight spots my trailer and car will not fit as it is a big set up. I will not be able to attend your groom.

Here at CANINE SHOW 'N' SHINE, I will always do my best to protect the health, wellbeing and safety of your dog whilst on premises. You acknowledge that accidents can and do happen and you hereby absolve

CANINE SHOW 'N' SHINE and its groomer(s) from any and all responsibility involving, injury, escape, damage or disease during and after their grooming appointment.
